敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们：

大家好！今天我们演讲的题目是《常怀感恩之心》。

白云在空中轻轻飘荡，变幻着一幅幅动人的画面，那是白云感恩哺育它的蓝天；落叶从枝头簌簌坠落，谱写出一曲曲感人的乐章，那是大树感恩滋养它的大地。

    高山感恩于土壤，方能成其雄奇；大海感恩于细流，方就其博大。羔羊尚知跪乳之恩，乌鸦还有反哺之义，作为万物灵长的我们，更应常怀一颗感恩之心。因为只有感恩，这个世界才会丰富多彩；只有感恩，人与人之间才会充满温情；只有感恩，我们才会领悟到生命的真谛。

    小时候，就听奶奶说过：父母对我们有三重恩德，“生我之痛、养我之苦、育我之辛”。从我们“呱呱”落地到长大成人，他们为我倾注了多少心血。我们应时刻怀着感恩之心，用心报答。

    一日为师，终身为父。敬爱的老师，是你们传授知识，教会我们做人。有了你们的教诲，我们的人生道路上才会洒满阳光。我们还要感谢朋友，在人生的道路上，我们曾一起笑过、一起哭着、一同走过，有了你们的相伴，才不会感到孤独、寂寞。

    感恩就是知恩图报，是“人敬我一尺，我敬人一丈”的大度，是“投我以桃，报之以李”的旷达。“滴水之恩，当涌泉相报”。一个人不懂得感恩，心灵就会变得空虚；一颗心没有了感动，灵魂就会趋于苍白。

    常怀感恩之心，生命将多一份美丽；常怀感恩之心，生活将更加五彩缤纷；常怀感恩之心，我们就会拥有快乐，拥有幸福，拥有一个光明的未来。让我们怀揣一颗感恩之心，用感恩来擦拭我们心灵的镜子，放大那些滋润我们成长的爱与幸福，你会发现，被心灵折射的阳光是那样的明媚。

    身披一袭灿烂，心系一份执着，脚踏“感恩”这片净土，让我们带着感恩之心上路，你我必将踏出一路风光，迎来更为美好的明天！

Be with a thankful heart

Our society consists of all kinds of people.Everyone in this family help and earns help from others. So thts the reason we should be thankful to our teachers, our friends, and even someone you dont know but give you a hand, If you are in trouble, your parents is the most impirtant one that you should be thankful among them all. They give you lives and the environments that allows you to grow, when you have some problems in your studies. They will help you to solve it, whatever it take. The second one is your friends that comfort you when you are facing the problem alone. In our life, there`re so many people that however helped you. They remind you when you are at the turning on the way to majurity.

Whats more, your teachers are also improtant, They lead you to the right way in the process of your growing. So these are the reason we should be tankful. Thats all.
